Found ECBN site on web, and Zeiss site, spoke to Gary regarding my Zeiss Dialyt 7x42 bins, having owned and used since 1996 i was loathe to change them but they were starting to go cloudy.
Posted to Gary Monday received on Tuesday, Gary emailed me to say they were being looked at, next day all done, returned Friday fully serviced.
Fantastic service cant fault at all and only lost a few days birding but well worth it to have bins sorted for the coming year.

My Zeiss compacts 10x25 had gone out of sync--sent to East Coast and returned in 6 days --with a weekend in the middle of that ! Now perfect again. Thank You

My 8x 42 HT binoculars were sent to East Coast as out of alignment , this was repaired and my bins looked like new with new strap, new eyecups , rain guards and even a lens cloth. Great service .
My Dad recently enquired about new lense caps, and East Coast sent him 2 complementary. I never write reviews, but felt I needed to on this occasion. Thank you, amazing service, highly highly recommend.
An amazing service, my scruffy old 7x42 dialyt binoculars have been returned with new eye piece rubbers, new eye lenses, new armour, serviced and cleaned, all for free.Plus a new zeiss strap and rain guard. Fantastic speedy serice. Thank you
After unfortunately somehow loosing the rubber covering and adjustment scale from the dioptre adjuster from my lovely Zeiss Victory SF's I gave Zeiss a call, they advised me to call Gary at East Coast Binoculars for spare any service, parts etc, all I can say is Gary was very helpful and posted me replacement parts out with no charge, arrived just two days later, fitted and thankfully now my SF's are back in as new condition. Thanks to Zeiss and most importantly to the great service from Gary, top service thank you.
I very rarely write online reviews but the exemplary service delivered by East Coast Binocular Repair's Gary Hawkins in cleaning and servicing my binoculars returning them to pristine original factory condition in less than a fortnight (despite him undergoing emergency surgical treatment) demands otherwise and shows a commitment to service all too rare these days. To cap it off Zeiss picked up the entire cost, including return postage, for binoculars manufactured in 1985! I am not even the original purchaser and am delighted at Zeiss's continuing integrity to product support; a lesson other companies would do well to emulate.
