Sent my binos to Gary 16 August- there were some particles on the left lens. Gary confirmed receipt and even took the time to ring me to explain something about the LRF function that reduced the clarity in all LRF Binos. I received the binos back today (Thursday 19 August) in perfect condition. And no charge! Fantastic service and quick turnaround. I was aware throughout of what was happening. Thanks very much. 👍🏻
My Zeiss Diascope 85 (+10years old) developed some moisture in the eyepiece. They sent it back to Zeiss in Germany for assessment, and Zeiss supplied me with a newly refurbished one, even though many years past guarantee…. Took a while but blame falls to Covid, Brexit, & Customs. Good result.
My beloved Leica Trinovid 7x42BNs were showing signs of Diopter adjuster slippage. Gary fixed the problem in short order and returned my prized bins in spectacular condition; all completed in short order and at such a reasonable price. Thank you so much.

I Sent a set of Zeiss Dialyt 7x42 Binocular for an estimate to repair outer rubber Armour which was split / service and clean them .
The Binocular was returned about 2 weeks later and had been repaired , serviced and cleaned FREE of charge which I think is Great Service.
Spoke to Gary on the phone and also email who answered all questions and was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Found ECBN site on web, and Zeiss site, spoke to Gary regarding my Zeiss Dialyt 7x42 bins, having owned and used since 1996 i was loathe to change them but they were starting to go cloudy.
Posted to Gary Monday received on Tuesday, Gary emailed me to say they were being looked at, next day all done, returned Friday fully serviced.
Fantastic service cant fault at all and only lost a few days birding but well worth it to have bins sorted for the coming year.
